Nevis and St. Kitts are part of the Leeward Island chain of the West Indies located in the Caribbean Sea.  Their vibrant, lush vegetation are mixed together with a unique history and culture to provide an eco-tourism adventure.  St. Kitts, the more developed of the two, has a diverse selection of large accommodations in contract to the laid-back vibe of its sister island, Nevis.  St. Kitts has created quite a name in the luxury yachting world with their top notch marina at Christophe Harbour.  This development also offers real estate opportunities, a high end hotel and excellent restaurants.  The Four Seasons Hotel definitely put Nevis on the map, however, there are many other resorts just as worthy but not as well known.  These two island are accessible by a 30 minute ferry.  Here are the highlights:

St. Kitts
-67 square miles and the capitol is Basseterre
-35,000 residents live on St. Kitts
-It sits nearly 800 feet above the sea and offers specular views of the Caribbean
